I will schedule one complimentary prenatal or postnatal visit to establish a relationship and discuss your expectations.
If needed, I will do light housekeeping, including changing the linens, washing and folding the laundry, washing the dishes and running the vacuum cleaner.
I will prepare nutritious meals and snacks while at your home.
I will help with nursing sessions, diaper changes, and baby care so the mother can rest.
I will provide valuable evidence-based information and support with lactation and early parenting.
